Faq

What are your shipping methods? Can I overnight my package?

Normally, we ship all packages via USPS standard and Priority depending on the weight of the order. If you need the order rushed contact us. If you would like your package sent overnight or anything other than our normal shipping services, please contact us and we can get a quote on a shipping price.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges for products unused condition within fourteen days of delivery. You can choose either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. We just deduct shipping and handling. We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item within five business days of receiving your package and email you a receipt confirming the credit.

 • * The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

• * When sending an item back, please include your name, email address, phone number and the reason for the return on a plain piece of paper.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Most of the products are made after they are ordered and usually ship within four days of purchase. During the summer when I travel around to different art shows, I will typically have a lot of finished products on hand so the shipping time will shorter.

 

Do you take custom orders?

I have done plenty of custom orders in the past and will always entertain your ideas. Pictures and detailed information will help aid me in the design process. If I have the time available to complete your project, I will give you a detailed quote.
